SATIRICAL CHURCH TO PROTEST NON-BELIEVERS
Chicago, IL, - The Best Church of God takes comedic satire to the streets as it “protests” the controversial new “Good without God” billboard and book release.
The Best Church of God will hold a righteous protest at 3:30pm on Thursday, October 29th in front of the blasphemous billboard at the corner of LaSalle and Grand in Chicago’s Loop. Proclaiming, “Are you good without God? Millions are” the Coalition of Reason sponsored billboard preaches that people need not follow the word of the Lord to be “good”. As the right-wingiest Christians in the city, members of the BCOG are outraged at this repugnant display of free speech and general immorality.
The BCOG will also make a stop by the University of Chicago Hillel (5535 S Ellis Ave) at 11:30am on Tuesday, October 27th to protest the release of Greg Epstein’s “Good without God”. Epstein, humanist chaplain at Harvard University, has authored the book and is traveling the country spreading his message of evil to susceptible “free thinkers” everywhere. Epstein has met his match.
To emphasize religion’s history of morality, signs the BCOG will be carrying include “No Good without God” “Pedophile Priests for Jesus,” “9/11 Hijackers for Allah,” and “Suicidal Cult Leaders for Xenu.” The Best Church of God welcomes the attendance of all who wish to participate in the protests.
